Previously I was on a network; now I am using just one desktop unit (90% retired :--)) ...Am unable to print prior years' returns from software...Thank you
This shouldn't make a difference in the ability to print. Call Proseries support.
I paid my renewal fee in September. However, Proseries kept asking me if I have renewed my license and fast path. I looked into my account, it said I already renew for TY2023. Not sure what's going on.
