The last 2-3 updates keeps removing our ERO information under Options in the Tools menu. This causes us to get an error on our state returns saying that it cannot be e-filed. Once I put the information back in and save, the error goes away. We had another update yesterday which wiped it out again. Why is this happening?
I haven't had the issue pop up -------- at least not yet. Have your tried running "repair updates"? If it continues, you might want to give support a call. On a positive note, if you have to have a glitch this isn't a bad one to have since it has an easy fix --------------------- but it doesn't make it any less irritating.
Could you please send the logs by following below steps:
Go to => C:\ProWin23\32bit\logs\ zip entire folder to a file and send it to ProSeries_Engineering@intuit.com by mentioning subject as "Updates keep removing our ERO information"
