The IRS has updated their addresses for the 2025 Form 1040-ES per the IRS website. ProSeries needs to update their software to reflect the updated addresses.
This is the Idea Exchange, you should have probably posted in the regular support area, but FWIW, I pushed this up the ladder as far as I can reach, hopefully someone with power can get it sent to the correct department.
