I created a tax file in TurboTax (TT) and transferred it via import to ProSeries Basic (2025). The TT file transferred successfully to ProSeries, but I cannot open it in PS. I get an alert message in PS saying "Unable to read data, for more information, click here Error code [3]". This error is happening to only one client file. All my other files are good. I downloaded the ProSeries Tool Hub, but the corrupted file feature did not resolve the issue. It doesn't appear to me that file is corrupted, otherwise the Toll Hub would have detected and corrected the problem. Any help would be appreciated.
