Error message indicates homebased clients need help. Community says TuneUp under homebase. NO TuneUp under HomeBase in ProSeries we have. There is a maintenance choice. The Maintenance choice wants to know what folder. Help for home base give NO help! What is TuneUp mentioned in the Community? Is Maintenance the same? Why is there no Help. Why are there two (2) different terms. Blah, Blah … Blah. This all started as a result of multiple .cache files in the data folder.
Of course Intuit failed to allow the version to be copied. The version is something like: wPro.2020.10.00.26 is there are no typos (Thanks Intuit for providing friendly "information"!)
