the 1040 electronic tax payment does not include the additional late penalty and interest amounts

when I have a 1040 ready to e-file with the electronic payment option and payment date entered, the total tax payment to be paid does not include the additional late penalty and interest amounts as calculated after the 7/15/20 tax due date.  What am I missing for 2019?  Is this common?  This was NOT the case with the 2018 ProSeries Professional software.  🤔

You're not missing anything. They enhanced/broke this recently. Many people have posted about it.
