Tax Year 2017

I am trying to submit a return for 2017 using ProSeries Basic.  It will go through the conversion process but refuses to transmit.  When looking at it on my Home Base page it just says "ready to transmit".  I've run the updates on installed products, tried manually transmitting, everything I can think of.  I tried calling customer support, but they no longer offer support for 2017 and prior.  They sent me a link to the forum here and that's it.  Anyone have any suggestions?  Thanks!

You can always e-file the current year and two years prior. Let's count together 2020 (current), 2019 (1), 2018 (2)

Load up the paper in your printer and go for it, but first make sure IRS hasn't changed their address due to COVID closures.

Thanks, I didn't realize that there was a cutoff for e-filing.  Paper it is!
