Tax Return Pricing

I have ProSeries Basic 20. In the past, all filings up to 20 returns were included. No extra fees. This year I tried to print my first return and a $82 fee was required. Customer support told me that it is a one time fee. Is this correct? I won't pay $82 per return on top of the $700 to buy the program.

Be sure youre using Basic and didnt download and install Professional by accident.   

Ive seen this be the case many times when people are being charged to print when they shouldn't be.

If your toolbar looks like this, youre using Professional.

If you are using Basic, you should re-license the software under the "Tools" menu.
