Proseries software keeps saying "You have no remaining returns in your Proseries bundle" when trying to print or efile yet we have an unlimited package. Any ideas? We have tried to update the license multiple times to no avail.

Do you have both Basic and Professional installed and youre in the wrong program?
If youre in the right program and youve relicensed and still get that message, you'll need to call in to support...thats not something anyone here has access to.
