There was a glitch for folks that transferred clients early.  If you retransfer clients that you haven't worked on yet, it will fix the issue.

Are they going to fix this without deleting and doing the transfer again?  We have too many clients we have already completed to delete them and retransfer.

They fixed as much as they are going to fix, but I think you can just go in and manually check the correct box.

If they are already completed then you've already fixed the problem by checking the right box for them.   Any clients that haven't been in yet, you can delete and retransfer to avoid the added clicks to mark the right box on each of them.
