Signing into ProSeries is always a problem, as when entering the password, it does not provide the user with an option to see the entered password. While I appreciate the concept of security, when nobody else is present, the user should have the ability to see what password they entered before pressing "Sign In". This would prevent the need for multiple sign in actions and frustration from not seeing what error was made entering the password..
