Setting up electronic withdrawal of tax owed past 4/15 causing error

Anyone else unable to extend the electronic payment withdrawal date past April 15? When I do it is causing an e-file error.

Several yellow banner alerts have popped up at the top of the program in the last week that refer to this....are you not getting the alerts?
