I use Intuit Quick Employer Forms to prepare and efile forms 1099. Is there a new requirement for me to submit a separate copy of form 1099-NEC to the CA FTB? Or does Intuit send copy to state?

My understanding is that 1099-NEC is not part of the fed/state program where IRS shares/sends info to the states.
I believe you have to send the 1099-NEC to CA, and some other states.
