    Does it print when its open on the screen?

    Have you rebooted the computer since the issue began?

    I'll be honest, Ive never tried to print a return from Homebase.....

    WOW!!  I had not either... and it looks like you CAN do that....  Problem is... I will never remember you can do this, because I've always opened the files these last couple of decades...
