What sales date do you use on Schedule D if you are attaching a 1099-B as a PDF with adjustment code M (multiple transactions)

Answered my own question.  That is what Code M does

But if you have a disallowed wash sale loss, it won't let you use the 'M' code... so I'm not sure what to about the 'Date Sold'...? Under 'Date Acquired' it will accept 'Various' but not under 'Date Sold'.

People are using 12/31/20 or some other date of their choosing.
