I need to make a closing-of-the-books election for an S-Corporation due to a shareholder change mid-year. Is there a spot to indicate this election in ProSeries, or do I just attach a statements?
The regular C Corporation module has a worksheet entitled corporate elections summary... Check to see if that is in the s corp module... Hope this helps... just my opinion...
