There's a question on Schedule E (Rental) in the Qualified Business Income Deduction Smart Worksheet and it asks
A 1: Is this activity a qualified trade or business Yes or No.
A: This rental is apart of a Renal Real Estate Enterprise described in Rev Proc 2019-38 (Check or not).
I have couple of questions. Where can I read up on this top so I can be educated on it. Second, if this is a rental property for a W2 joint filers, what is the correct answer?
