Return rejected for W2 EIN Form Copy 0001 means the first W2 listed, right?

Dang it, this is a new client and what I have entered on the screen matches both of their  W2's but I'm guessing its the first one that's wrong since its Copy 0001

and another guess:  a small typo, either on w-2 by employer, or input by you

Everything I entered matches the W2 exactly...must be a typo on the W2
