With the passage of the Tax Extenders and SECURE Act in December 2019 Indian Depreciation rules were retroactively reinstated. How do i go about retroactively switching to the shorter lives afforded by the Indian Depreciation rules for commercial rental property placed in service in 2018 without filing amended entity and shareholder returns?
