Restoring client files in Pro Series, choose all files, but not all files restored

Does it pop up with a message at all?   

For some reason I feel like I remember, if you have returns with multiple states and you don't have all the state programs installed already, they may not copy over.

Bingo, Lisa, I just did this by transferring all files to a new server.

I thought it pops up a message when that happens though, so I'm not sure if this is Darrell's issue or not.
