After the 3rd client group comes in and tells me they all bought a rental property ( 2 family house - single family - whatever) but that only one person wants to claim the rental on their return so the other 2 don't have to I'm banging my head into the wall. In one case the adult child whose return I finished earlier (but thankfully not efiled) never even mentioned that he owns the rental property when I went through the "what's new" and there is not one piece of paper work on the house with all his forms. 😖 sorry for the vent.
