Like a lot of other forms, it will be ready in the year 2525.

MD only began accepting 504 electronically for 2022 returns.

Maryland did not have the technology to accept fiduciary income tax returns (Form 504) until tax year 2022. ProSeries did not support the electronic transmission in 2022. Numerous other tax software did support the transmission in 2022. I have spoken to a few support people at Intuit and did not get a "for sure" answer that we can electronically transmit the Maryland Form 504. The Forms update section lists a bunch of fiduciary forms (ex: 504UP, 504E, 504CR). However, Form 504 is not listed. I'm trying to get an answer from Intuit. Thanks

I followed the link but don't see MD 504 listed as able to be efiled or mailed.

I was just wondering if anyone has tried to efile the MD 504 for 2023.  If you tried, was it successful?
