Why is my return being rejected in regards to Health Insurance Premium Credit where as I did not buy insurance through the market place and was provided by my employer?

I am not looking for a Premium Tax Credit so why is my return being rejected?

Because your client has a 1095A that needs to be reported. I've run across some children that are on the parents health insurance, so they are reported on a 1095A.  You cannot file without incuding the 1095A, but you can make the shared responsibility zero (or 1 percent if it doesn't let you do zero).
