What is taking so long to update the employee credits for small businesses and farms? 1st it was the 21st, then the 22nd, now it is the 29th. Farm returns and payments are due March 1st!
Do the employee credits apply to your clients? If not, just disable error checking and file them.
As a side note, ProSeries is not good for farm returns because they seem to frequently have late forms that bog things down.

You e-file from Homebase. Select the client then go to the E-File menu to file the tax return. And when it asks you to confirm you want to e-file, uncheck the box for error checking.
