Tax payer & Dependent Information

A few tax programs have a form entitled e.g. "Tax payer & Dependent Information." 

On this form the tax payer can enter their basic information from name, DOB, etc.

Does ProSeries have any such blank form, and if so, where can I print a copy from?

If you have the Organizer module installed, its got that page in it I think...you have to pay extra for it though.

Yup the organizer has it, and yup it costs extra.  

If you don't want to spend the extra money, it really isn't hard to dummy up your own to give to clients.  The nice thing about the organizer, it has prior year info printed on it so it's a lot easier to see what you are missing when the client brings in half of their stuff and then asks you how everything is looking.

I have the ProSeries Professional, and I found the blank form.

Kind of cheap, requesting additional payment I must say. 

Paid almost $2K for the program already.

No additional payment.

That is what I paid $2K for.
