Take depreciation on vehicle that has NO miles in 2019

Have large truck on Depreciation since 2015 in my Farming business but did not use for anything in 2019.  No miles of any kind.  Can I still take actual expenses like usual?   Example:   Can I take the expense of depreciation?

As long as it is still available to use and you have not junked or taken out of service, Yes
