I'm still having issues with the system crashing............4 times this morning and during one I lost information I had entered!!! I rebooted and ran the repair update once again. I just spoke to "an expert". She was very nice and told me the reason was because I have anti-virus protection on my computer and I need to disable it. I'm not too comfortable doing that. Has anyone else got this answer and did it work???

Help the cause - see that last post about sending your log to Intuit.
So far today, only 1 crash and it was when I tried to open a client file.
You have more patience than me. The way this tax season has gone, if my system was crashing repeatedly, I would have tossed my computer out of the window by now.
I thought about doing that. Mine doesn't seem as bad as some others yet.
