I get the version of ProSeries you are using is no longer current.
I have updated and get that all are up to date.

Have you tried highlighting the returns in the EF homebase and clicking "update acknowledgements".

If that doesn't work you may have to uninstall and reinstall the program.
Seems like many people are getting that message to update, but none are available...see if this helps

Tools - Repair updates = worked for me! Thanks! (The process appears to re-install the entire package.)
