Return Authorization asking for processing fee

I purchased Proseries 2022 as every year however when I try to print it asks for processing fee.  Installed updates and licensed Products but still cannot print unless I add funds.  Anyone have ideas what I am overlooking?

Did you purchase Basic, but downloaded Professional by accident?  You need to verify what you actually purchased.  If you purchased Basic then returns prepared in Professional will be Pay Per Return
