What is the best way to get a hold of an IRS representative? I have an error code R0000-902-01
it saids this return was rejected by the IRS because the tax return for the taxpayer Indentification number was already filed and accepted by the IRS. I double check his information and its all correct. shows I need to call 1800-829-1040 but i am having a hard time taking to an IRS representative.

You are missing the point that a return HAS been filed, using your client's SSN.
It is either a mistake, by whoever did file the return, by the IRS if they keyed in the number wrong (yes, there are still folks who file by paper).
OR - it's identity theft. (And you should notify your client of that possibility)
The reject notice isn't saying YOU did something wrong.
Did your client use the IRS Non Filer site to get their stimulus payment? Thats the same as filing a return.
