Can you add a column showing paid and the amount or is that not possible? If so how can i do this?

Im not sure, Ive never looked...did you go through the choices in
Homebase > Add/Edit Customs Views (you need to be in a standard HB view, not the EFcenter)
and see if it was one of the choices?
Good question. I don’t think so,. I keep a spreadsheet sheet separately to track progress for each client. PS has a lot of functionality but managing a tax practice is not one of their strengths.
