Just checking ... have you verified you are using the Basic program?

Because you bought Basic, you are able to download Professional as well, which can be used on a PPR basis.  So make sure you are trying to print while using the Basic program.

While on Homebase, have you tried to go to the "Tools" menu and re-license the product?  That sometimes fixes weird problems like this.
