I recently finished my trial and before I purchase it I need to know how many years back can I complete a return and the forms for that year. I am aware I cannot e-file but can I still do 2011 taxes for my client in this proseries prof.?

You'll need the prior years programs, since you weren't a customer back in those older years, they probably wont be readily available in your account to download, you'll want to call in and speak with support or sales and see what they can make available to you.

Pretty sure you can go back to 2006 on a pay per return basis (you only pay if you have to print or efile) but you should speak with the sales people.
