I am receiving an error whenever I do a return containing pay per refund (I am enrolled with refund advantage) I did enrolled and was accepted but proseries error states that I can choose pay per refund because ERO is not enrolled.

I'm told this should go away for most users after our update tomorrow. Alternatively, you can go to Tools > Options > Enrollment Options and hit refresh.

Hmm. Can you confirm what version you have, by going to Help->About, Version Tab? It should be something like wPro.2020.06.something.
Then, can you select Help->Send Logs? That will generate a zip file on your desktop - please email that to proseries_engineering@intuit.com
I submitted file. some other information under enrollment status it says rejected solution (according to instructions) resubmit application (which I did 3 times). on myproconnectintuit account reason given: EFIN enrolled under another transmitter.
