I purchased ProSeries Individual Complete. When I tried to print a 1040 it asked to add to my PPR account. This should be unlimited for Individual returns, shouldn't it?
Sounds like it should, but you have to call customer service to find out why. When you are in homebase be sure to click on the informantion tab in the navigation bar to be sure your product is licensed.
I would first try going to the "Tools" on the menu bar, then "License Product". If that doesn't work, then as Camp said, you may need to call Intuit.
