Oregon Non Resident - attachment for Credit paid to other states?

Im not getting any prompt for it and nothing shows in Review  BUT on the EF Instructions page, at the bottom it says 

Fax information on Credit for Income Tax Paid to Another State to 503-945-8786

Soooo, are we supposed to be faxing them something?  I find it hard to believe theyd encourage a bunch of faxes.

Isn't OR one of your bass ackward credit states?

Seems weird but there was one year with VA OSC where the mechanism for submitting the other state return was to mail it in with the cover letter that VATax would mail to the taxpayer after the return was accepted.

Yes, its a reverse credit state, I just expected something in the diagnostics to mention it, I don't always look at the EF Instructions page...I wonder if its said that every year?  LOL
