Ohio es forms printing without due dates

ohio ES forms don't print like the forms on the screen. print without due dates.

Im not in OH, so Ive never seen them before, but I just looked at one, they dont even day estimated voucher  like the ones on the OH website,  they say universal payment coupon...weird!

Yep. They are used for multiple "universal" things.

That is correct.. no  dates on them this year.

the ones on the OH website look very different than what PS is pushing out.
