Thank you in advance. Client did not work in NYC at all due to covid. Had NY taxes withheld. How do I file his NY taxes to return state tax withheld if there is no credit to Florida bc Florida does not have a state tax?

What makes you think that NY won't tax the wages? If not for COVID, would the TP have worked in NY?
