Using Proseries Pro, can New York State returns still be Efiled during IRS shutdown period?

which is worse.... giving up the NY (Hurricane Ida.) extension  (ends today) or paper filing.    

I guess my paper filing fee should exceed the State of NY penalties.  🙂

NY extension was extended to February 15, 2022.
