Donated to private foundation? Donor advised fund?
In the charity smart worksheet on Sch A, what do you have chosen in the TYPE column? You may want to hit the yellow ? button on teh toolbar while your cursor is on that TYPE box and it will explain how the charitable contributions limitations work.
