Not to nitpick, but wouldn't that be 2021, not 2022?
If I put 2021 people would have said that year has already passed.
If I put 2022 you nitpick.
I could have said tax year 2021.
But I won't because I love sarcasm. It's like what I tell all my new hires. Don't think of me as your boss. Think of me as a friend who can fire you.
What is the reason Maryland is extending until July ?
1) Comptroller is running to be Governor. 2) Covid hardships as it says in the announcement.?
They have been searching for a way to make tax preparer's lives miserable for an extra 2 months.
But what difference does it make if the federal return is still due in April?
Like the IRS they are short staffed/working from home. It's a **bleep** 💩 show.
