IRS has never received a return which Intuit shows it was accepted. How can I resend it?

The WMR website isnt working properly this year.  If you show acceptance, IRS has it.

Did the client receive a letter saying it wasn't received?  If yes, then the client received some type of verification letter they ignored OR the IRS never sent the verification letter that was not responded to (yes I have seen that this past year).  Call the IRS before resubmitting anything.  The IRS has a huge issue with resubmissions for no reason other than too much mail with no staffing - amongst all of the other IRS issues...
