I have a 93 yo client in a nursing home, her DL is expired & she'll never get another one.  ProSeries wants me to confirm the carryover DL info is correct, but won't accept a 2019 expiration date.  How do I fill it in for efiling?

If it is not NY or AL, delete the form, then refill it with the option that taxpayer did not provide a drivers license.

Remove DL info and check box no DL or state ID

Didn't work, but deleting the form did.

I learned the delete option trick from @IRonMaN

@Camp1040  When things start getting funky, I always try the "delete the form" route.  Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. 😲
