I have exempt interest dividends posted. Diagnostics are asking me to enter a state postal code. Client is CT resident and these dividends from various sources. They are taxable in CT. What do I use for the postal code?

I always use NY, but you can pick any state.

I enter postal code where they are taxable.  So if you enter CT you should be good.
