HOW TO DISPLAY FORMS LIST ON ENTRY SCREEN

You mean the list of forms that show on the left side margin?  That should automatically appear unless youve somehow squished all over to the left side so it cant be seen anymore.

Put your cursor all the way over to the left side of the screen, along the black border line, does it turn into a double arrow that you can click and drag to slide it over?

Go to the bar across the top of the screen and click on View.  It will then give you the option to change various items in the view of the screen.  You can click on the one labeled Forms to turn it on or off.
