Homebase View

My brother and I are CPA's and run our firm together. Because of certain restrictions around providing investment advice to certain clients, I need to restrict his view of my clients when logging into Proseries. I can not have my clients information in his view of the Homebase when he logs in. How do I do this?

Where are the files stored, on a server or a hard drive? I have a few family returns, including my own, that my staff cannot see because they are on MY hard drive, not the server.

I agree with @Terry53029 that password protection for individual clients may be the easiest solution but you’d have to check with compliance.
