has anyone switched from proseries pro to proconnect and how did it go

I'm curious about this also.   I worry that Intuit will end ProSeries Professional and make us move to ProConnect.

The same thing has been on my mind.

At the beginning of tax season I had a need to contact support.

They spent more time trying to convince me to switch to ProConnect I began to wonder if she would get a commission. Of course at the beginning of tax season is no time to start a new tax program.

I read in another post a few months ago someone said it was definitely a learning curve to go from ProSeries to ProConnect.

I posted yesterday that there would be a learning curve when banb asked basically the same question.  I am curious about your call to support though.  I made a call early in tax season and that support person didn't make any sales pitches about converting to ProConnect.

as long as turbo tax exists like it does now I don't think they will change ProSeries since TuboTax and ProSeries's engine drives both programs.
