What happened to Form 8879-PE. It is not automatically populating even though the electronic file box is checked?

Mine are populating. Is it all your 1065 clients? Transferred client or new client?
Have you tried doing an update? Or Tool - Repair Update?
If it were me, I'd eat a piece of chocolate just for good measure. Chocolate fixes everything. 😋
