The 2023 Form 8615 Schedule D worksheet line 47 is entering the larger amount of line 45 and 46 INSTEAD of the smaller amount. The 2022 program appears to be calculating correctly by entering the smaller amount. So it appears that the 2023 program is not correct. The only taxable amount is line 22 but that is taxed at 0%. So there should not be any tax resulting from this Schedule D worksheet.
I saw somebody else post the same problem. Apparently Intuit isn't good at math.
You might need to override to get it to work correctly.
