    The estate only had income from the sale of a house for which I have a 1099-S.  Where do I get Schedule D in the program that accomodates !099-S?

    You used Sch D just like you would a stock sale.  CTRL + F type  D and it should get you to Sch D.

    Does a schedule K have to be attached to the 1041 even if nothing has been distributed and the LT Capital gain was taxed to the Estate?
